August has been unusually pleasant for us here in Indiana and Angie and Robb's wedding day was no different. Big billowing clouds against a blue sky. We were able to get some amazing twilight photos. Angie had an epic dance off with her 9 year old niece and lost! Congrats you two! 

Ashley was referred to me by her maid of honor who is also a wedding professional. The particular Saturday was beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better day! The reception was kid friendly with baskets of little toys on the kid tables with coloring books and crayons. This was the wedding of the year for all the kids!

They say good things come to those who wait. Kim and Tim finally found each other. They were married on a rainy day at Washington Township Park, but then the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful day. So of course we walked around and took more pictures. Congratulations Kim and Tim! 

What a celebration Rachel and Lathan had at their wedding! They are loved by all. Their dancing lasted into the night with us finishing up with pictures underneath an old railroad bridge. They exited to much fanfare and lots of sparklers!

This couple was a lot of fun to photograph. We dodged the rain for most of the day trying to get photos. Kara had such a good attitude about it and I really wanted to get her some amazing photos on her wedding day. There wasn't a sunset and not much of a twilight, but it was drizzling. We took what we were given and made something special that they'll be able to share for the rest of their lives. Congratulations to Kara and Mike. My favorite memory of Karissa is asking her to sit in her wedding dress on a wooden bridge and her bridesmaids asking her if she really wanted to sit in her wedding dress. Her response was, if Nate sees me in a picture sitting down, I'm sitting down! I love that level of trust with my bride. I showed her and her bridesmaids the image after I took it and they were flabbergasted! Love that as well!
